In many industries, companies that once stood out for their unique culture and quality slowly begin to look identical to their competitors. As management strategies become increasingly focused on optimization, aggressive scaling, and cost-cutting, the very people contributing exceptional work often become treated as replaceable resources. The result is subtle but damaging. Brand identity weakens, trust declines, and creative distinction fades into predictable sameness. The bigger question businesses should ask is not just how efficiently they are growing, but whether they are preserving what made them valuable in the first place.

Not Every Show Wins, But Every Show Matters

 Not every story is a hit, but every effort teaches us something useful. Maharana Pratap, Mission Zombie, Pakshiraj, Shaadi Ya Sale, The Sword God, and Veer Warrior etc may not have gotten as many views as some of our other shows, but making them was just as important.

 The team spent countless hours behind the scenes coming up with new ideas, rewriting scenes, polishing dialogues, and brainstorming.We tried to match the dialects of our characters to the regions they lived in, we tried out character arcs that were out of the ordinary, and we took risks with formats that weren't always easy to pull off.  These shows taught us how to be strong, how important small things are, and how brave it is to keep coming up with new ideas.

 The process was still worthwhile, even though the results were mixed. It made us feel good, showed us what listeners like, and reminded us that being creative is just as much about trying new things as it is about succeeding.

 We appreciate every writer, editor, and performer who worked on these projects with all their heart.  These trips make me even more sure that every experiment, even the ones that don't work out, brings us one step closer to being better storytellers.

Beyond Numbers: Celebrating Creativity and Team Spirit

 

In the last few years, some of our audio shows have reached amazing heights.From Chanakya's wise words to Super Yoddha's epic adventures, Vashikaran's thrilling suspense, Insaani Dragon and Veer Warrior's fantasy worlds, Sherdil's heartfelt grit, and Zero to Hero's rise to fame, each story touched the hearts of millions.

 The numbers speak for themselves, but it's also the love from our fans and the hard work of our whole team that made this happen. Everyone who worked on these projects turned ideas into things that people connected with every day.

 This journey has been about more than just plays and ratings; it's been about working together, being creative, and trusting each other. Each milestone is a reminder that when we work together, we make something that lasts.

 Thank you so much to everyone on the team for putting their heart and soul into every script, sound, and episode.  And thanks to our listeners for letting these stories into your lives.

 Here's to more stories, more milestones, and more memories to come.

पुराने मेल स्क्रॉल करते हुए संजय गुप्ता सर का एक मेल दिखा। तब राज कॉमिक्स के उपक्रम "ट्राईकलर बुक्स" की मिनी कॉमिक्स की कुछ स्क्रिप्ट्स लिखीं थी (साल 2010-2011)। इन कॉमिक्स में बच्चों के लिए शिक्षाप्रद-मनोरंजक कहानियां होती थी। कॉमिक्स हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषाओं में प्रकाशित होती थी। इस कॉमिक्स "चिंकी और चिंकू में एक पक्षी जोड़ा समुद्र से दुश्मनी कर लेता है। समुद्र अहंकार में उनका मज़ाक उड़ाता है, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे पक्षी जोड़े के अभियान में कई प्राणी जुड़ जाते हैं।

Comics Character League 2023 by ICUFC: A Triumph of Fandom and Excellence

 

In the dynamic world of Indian comic book enthusiasts, where heroes and villains come to life through imagination, the Comics Character League 2023 emerged as a testament to the dedication, knowledge, and passion of fans. This first annual event, organized by the Indian Comics Universe Fan Club (ICUFC), transformed ordinary enthusiasts into extraordinary participants, resulting in an unforgettable celebration of comic lore and competitive spirit.

The league's journey began with an online quiz, a proving ground where dozens of fans put their comic knowledge to the test. From this pool of fervent followers, eight exceptional individuals emerged as chosen warriors, their selection a result of their unparalleled mastery of the comic universe. Each participants selected 15 different characters in different categories like side kicks, foreign superheroes, Indian superheroes, villains etc. All participants were allowed to change couple of characters during the league as per changing league scenario and future opponents remaning characters.

The finals saw a gripping showdown between two worthy contenders, Prahalad Dubey and Manoj Kumar Garg, representing Teams 7 and 2 respectively. With their chosen characters, Billoo and Fighter Toads in the first final, and Mowgli and Jambu in the second, the stage was set for a clash of titans. The rounds leading to the finals had been intense, with narrow victories, setting the tone for an epic culmination. However, the finals took an unexpected turn. Contrary to predictions, Prahalad Dubey showcased remarkable dominance, emerging victorious with a staggering 25% and 39% margin in the two finals. This impressive performance not only secured his championship but also showcased his strategic prowess and deep understanding of his characters' strengths.

कुछ मीटर पर...ज़िंदगी! (कहानी)

आस-पास के माहौल का इंसान पर काफ़ी असर पड़ता है। उस माहौल का एक बड़ा हिस्सा दूसरे इंसान ही होते हैं। एक कहावत है कि आप उन पांच लोगों का मिश्रण बन जाते हैं जिनके साथ आप सबसे ज़्यादा समय बिताते हैं। जहाँ कई लोग दूसरों को सकारात्मक जीवन जीने की सीख दे जाते हैं वहीं कुछ जीवन के लिए अपना गुस्सा, नाराज़गी और अवसाद अपने आस-पास छिड़कते चलते हैं।

35 साल का कुंदन, रांची की एक बड़ी कार डीलरशिप में सेल्समैन था। अक्सर खुद में कुढ़ा सा रहने वाला जैसे ज़िंदगी से ज़िंदगी की चुगली करने में लगा हो। उसकी शिकायतों का पिटारा कभी ख़त्म ही नहीं होता था। इस वजह से उसके ज़्यादा दोस्त नहीं थे। गांव से दूर शहर में अकेले रहते हुए वह घोर अवसाद में पहुंच गया था। उसे लगता था कि दुनिया में कोई उसे समझता नहीं था। वैसे उसका यह सोचना गलत नहीं था...आखिर कम ही लोग लगातार एक जैसी नकारात्मकता झेल सकते हैं।

इस बीच उसके पड़ोस में निजी स्कूल की शिक्षिका तृप्ति आई। वह कुंदन की तरह ही औरों से कुछ अलग थी। धीरे-धीरे दोनों में बातें शुरू हुईं और दोनों एक-दूसरे को पसंद करने लगे। नहीं...नहीं यह प्यार वाला "पसंद" करना नहीं था। दोनों इस हद तक नकारात्मक होकर अवसाद में डूब चुके थे कि उनकी शिकायती बातें कोई और समझ रहा है और पसंद कर रहा है...बस यह बात ही दोनों को कुछ तस्सली देती थी। कहते हैं किसी का साथ इंसान को अवसाद की गर्त से निकालने के लिए काफी होता है पर ये दोनों तो साथ ही दलदल में डूब रहे थे। यह भी किस्मत की बात थी कि इस सयानी दुनिया की आदत पड़ने के बाद भी दोनों ने अपने मन के उन दबे राज़ों को खोला, जिनको लोग पागलपन का नाम देकर बात तक करना नहीं चाहते। कुछ हफ्ते बीतने के बाद कुंदन और तृप्ति को अपने बीच कुछ प्यार जैसा महसूस तो हुआ पर उसके ऊपर टूटे व्यक्तित्वों की इतनी परतें थी जिनके पार देख पाना असंभव था।

धीरे-धीरे बातों के विषय शिकायत, परेशानी से अलग होकर स्थायी हल पर आने लगे। दोनों आत्महत्या पर बातें करने लगे। यही तो इनके मन में था। हर झंझट से चुटकी में छुटकारा पाना। दोनों का प्यार बढ़ रहा था लेकिन दोनों को ही खुद पर भरोसा नहीं था...कहीं उनका बावरा मन इस नॉवल्टी से बोर होकर पुरानी रट न लगाने लगे। एक दिन दोनों आत्महत्या के तरीकों पर गहरा विमर्श करने लगे। तृप्ति ने कुंदन से अनुरोध किया कि प्यार में घुली इस दोस्ती के नाते दोनों को साथ  मरना चाहिए। 

कुंदन तृप्ति के बालों में हाथ फिराता हुआ बोला। - "मैं भी ऐसा ही चाहता हूँ! लेकिन मैं साधारण मौत नहीं चाहता।" 

तृप्ति ने दिलचस्पी भरी नज़रों से कहा - "मतलब? यह असाधारण मौत कैसी होती है भला?"

कुंदन - "मतलब, ज़िंदगी ढंग की न सही मौत तो ज़बरदस्त होनी चाहिए। ऐसे जैसे लोग मरते न हों...क्या कहती हो?"

तृप्ति - "वाह! ठीक है, चलो कुछ 'ज़बरदस्त' सोचते हैं। हा हा!"

मरने की बातें जो लोग गलती से करने पर भी भगवान से माफ़ी मांगते हैं। इधर कुंदन और तृप्ति कितनी आसानी से कर रहे थे।

घंटों बातें करने के बाद दोनों के अपनी मौत का अलग तरीका चुना। अगले दिन कुंदन डीलरशिप से बहाना बनाकर एक कार निकाल लाया। उसने अपनी गारंटी पर तृप्ति को कुछ देर टेस्ट ड्राइव के लिए दूसरी कार दी। योजना यह थी कि सुनसान तालाब के बगल वाली सड़क के एक छोर से तेज़ रफ़्तार कार में कुंदन आएगा और कुछ दूर से तृप्ति। दोनों इस गति से एक-दूसरे से टकराएंगे कि मौके पर मौत पक्की। अगर कोई घायल होकर कुछ देर के लिए बच भी जाए तो इस वीरान इलाके में किसी के आने तक उसका भी मरना तय था। दोनों फ़ोन पर जुड़े और साथ में अपनी-अपनी कार चालू कर तेज़ी से एक-दूसरे की तरफ बढ़े। डीलरशिप से निकली चमचमाती कारें अपनी किस्मत और कुंदन-तृप्ति को कोस रहो होंगी।

क्या इस इज़हार में देर हो गई थी? क्या यही अंत था?

जब कारें दो-ढाई सौ मीटर की दूरी पर थी तो कुंदन और तृप्ति को बीच सड़क पर एक नवजात बच्ची पड़ी हुई दिखी। शायद इनकी तरह कोई और भी इस वीराने का फ़ायदा उठा रहा था...इस बच्ची को खुद मारने के बजाय प्रकृति से हत्या। कायर! 

इतनी रफ़्तार में फ़ोन पर कुछ बोलने का समय नहीं बचा था दोनों ने आँखों में बात की और टक्कर होने से कुछ मीटर पहले गाड़ियां मोड़ दी। जीवन का इतना समय केवल आत्महत्या और इस पल के बारे में सोचने वाले इतने करीब से कैसे चूक गए? शायद उस बच्ची में दोनों को जीने की वजह मिल गई थी। बच्ची को देखने के बाद के दो सेकंड और आँखों से हुई बात ने कुंदन और तृप्ति की जीवन भर की उलझन सुलझा दी थी। तृप्ति की कार तालाब में जा गिरी वहीं कुंदन पेड़ से टकराने से बाल-बाल बचा। घुमते दिमाग के साथ कुंदन ने उतरकर उस बच्ची को कार में रखा और तालाब में छलांग लगा दी। कुंदन किसी तरह तृप्ति के पास पहुंचा जो जीने के लिए डूबती कार की खिड़की को ज़ोर-ज़ोर से मार रही थी। कितना अजीब है न कि कुछ सेकंड पहले वह मरने को तड़प रही थी और अब जीने के लिए पागल हुई जा रही थी। इस बात को भांपकर दोनों इस स्थिति में भी मुस्कुराने लगे। कार का शीशा टूटा और कुंदन तृप्ति को तालाब से सुरक्षित निकाल लाया। मौत की आँखों में झांककर और जीवन की डोर पकड़कर दोनों खुशी से काँप रहे थे। बच्ची भी हल्की नींद में मुस्कुरा रही थी जैसे अपने नए माँ-बाप की बेवकूफियों पर हँस रही हो।

तृप्ति और कुंदन वापस उस जीवन, उन संघर्षों में एक नई उम्मीद के साथ वापस लौटे और अपने सकारात्मक नज़रिए से जीवन को बेहतर बनाने लगे। अब जब भी वे परेशान होते तो अपनी बेटी का चेहरा देखकर सब भूल जाते। ऐसा नहीं था कि उन्हें किसी जादू से ज़िंदगी में खुशियों की चाभी मिल गई थी, बस अब वे ज़िंदगी से बचते नहीं थे बल्कि उससे लड़ते थे।

उस दिन कुंदन और तृप्ति ने उस बच्ची को नहीं बचाया था...उस बच्ची ने बस वहाँ मौजूद होकर उन दोनों की जान बचाई थी।
