Towards the end of my journey at Pocket FM, I had the opportunity to work on a couple of experimental shows that explored very different storytelling directions. One was a spin-off of Super Yoddha, centred around Vidur, one of the show’s biggest supporting characters.
Pyaar, Paap Aur Power story plot - Betrayed and murdered by his wife and best friend for his revolutionary "Immortality Research," billionaire medical genius Dr. Rudra Singhania awakens one year later in Kolkata reincarnated inside the body of an abusive, debt-ridden street thug. Armed with divine powers granted by the Nav Durga and his peerless medical knowledge, he dominates the city's ruthless underworld, fiercely protects his traumatized new wife Amrita from deadly syndicate debts, and wages a covert, high-stakes war of vengeance against the powerful corporate elites who orchestrated his death.
Working on these projects was a refreshing change and a valuable creative experience. I really enjoyed being part of them.
